Constitution

Ripponlea Kindergarten is a not for profit, community kindergarten. It is also an Incorporated Association. As such, we are required to be guided by a set of rules, otherwise known as our Constitution.

These rules:

• guide how our kindergarten operates
• are a contract between the kindergarten and its members
• set out your kindergarten's purposes
• list the rights and responsibilities of members and office holders.
