Our 3-4 year old and 4-5 year old play based programs offer a nurturing, dynamic and creative environment, indoors and out.

Our Sessional Kinder Timetable
In 2024 and 2025 we are proposing to offer two groups of funded 3yo kindergarten of 15 hours
and two groups of funded 4yo kinder of 15 hours.
The 3yo Warrin (Wombat - blue) group will run on Wednesday mornings from 8.30am - 1.00pm, Thursday afternoons from 1.00pm-4.00pm and Fridays from 8.30am-4.00pm
The 3yo Kurrborra (Koala - yellow) group will run on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8.30am - 4.00pm
The 4yo Gawarn (Echidna - red) group will run on Mondays and Tuesdays from 8.30am - 4.00pm.
The 4yo Walert (Possum - green) group will be at bush kinder on Wednesdays from 12.50pm - 3.50pm, and back at kinder on Thursdays from 8.30am - 1.00pm and Fridays from 8.30am - 4.00pm.

Bush Kinder - what can it offer your child?

Ripponlea Kindergarten is immensely proud of our Bush Kinder program and this article, recently published in The Guardian, highlights many of the wonderful skills students can learn within a program like ours.
Ripponlea Kindergarten acknowledges the Boon Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the land where we learn, play and work. We pay our respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and their Elders, past and present.
Ripponlea Kindergarten is committed to creating a Child Safe environment. Protecting children from harm and abuse is embedded in the everyday thinking and practice of all staff members.
